There is a $20.00 fee for each official academic transcript requested.

Requests may take 3 to 5 business days to be processed following receipt of payment.

You will be notified when your transcript has been sent or is available for pickup.

Note that transcripts will be released only to students who are in good financial standing with the school.

Acceptable forms of payment are:

• Cash – (must be exact change)

• Check/Money order – (made out to Premier Healthcare Academy)

• Zelle – (Zelle payments are accepted)
