Policy and Disclosure

Premier Healthcare Academy & School of Nursing, LLC (PHA) provides the following disclosures regarding certification, clinical learning experiences, program completion, and employment outcomes.

Professional Certification
Professional certification is not required for graduation unless specified in the applicable program requirements. Certification may or may not be required for employment and does not guarantee employment. Examination registration, eligibility, and certification requirements are established by outside certifying agencies, not PHA, and may change without notice. PHA cannot guarantee that graduates will be eligible to take certification examinations at any particular time, or at all, regardless of their eligibility status at enrollment.

Externships
Externships are unpaid, in-person learning experiences. Their length, schedule, and location may be subject to change. PHA does not guarantee externship placement, graduation, employment following an externship, or any particular salary. Students should review the current course catalog and enrollment agreement for program-specific externship requirements and placement responsibilities.

Clinical Assignments
PHA does not guarantee clinical site assignments based on student preference or geographic convenience. Participation in or completion of a clinical experience does not guarantee graduation, subsequent employment, or any particular salary.

Program Length and Outcomes
Program length and schedules may be subject to change, consistent with applicable requirements and the enrollment agreement. Refer to the current course catalog for program details and completion requirements. PHA does not guarantee admission, graduation, subsequent employment, or any particular salary.

School Authorization and Program Information
Premier Healthcare Academy & School of Nursing, LLC holds a Certificate to Operate issued by the State of Missouri Coordinating Board for Higher Education under the name Premier Health Care Academy & School of Nursing L.L.C., located at 100 NE Missouri Rd., Ste 202, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086. The certificate was issued August 18, 2026, and expires June 30, 2027. DHE Identification Number: 78375-00.
